Zolgoo has enabled us to expand into different countries with zero upfront cost, saved us from having to spend a fortune and reduces our costs by allowing us to spend less from compared to our previous reviews site.

We prepare our global email campaigns and place our reviews in the emails, we find that we are getting more responses I think it's because potential customers can see we are communicating with previous customers that have left reviews for us

The Zolgoo reviews site is really helpful in achieving our objectives. The simple layout presents an easy-to-understand website . What seals the deal for me is Responding to Reviews doesn't cost our business an Arm and a leg. Normally to claim our business on other reviews Sites so we can respond to Customers reviews cost so much money.

We have used Zolgoo for two of our Businesses.
Zolgoo is basically the Future Yelp. I know it's cheesy to say but behind every B (business) there is a C (consumer) and support team. Glad we joined early. Their price has saved us a lot compared Trustpilot the other platform we where using. I can't believe we were paying so much before.

"Compared to some of the other reviews Sites..."

Compared to some of the other reviews Sites Zolgoo at the moment has the best Appeal Team. A customer posted a very bad reviews that was damaging to our business and we raised a ticket to the Appeal team, they saw the conversation between us the customer and said they will look into it. They removed the review after a few hours.

"Strong sales and support team..."

Strong sales and support team. Very transparent and easy to use. Kudos to the design team for making the site easy to navigate and not over-complicating things (which, sad to say, is a big problem with their Competitors)
